"Carpe Diem" Class Reflection
I like to talk, and I would generally consider myself a pretty outgoing person. However, when it comes to classes where I don't see any familiar faces, I'm likely to sit by myself and just mind my own business. As soon as I looked around the room when class started, I figured this honors seminar would be a "keep to myself" sort of class. Luckily for me, we all had to jump right in and get to know each other in order to find our professor, who's name I probably won't be able to pronounce correctly, but he does give a great first impression. I've never had a professor get a class working together so quickly or one who's wiling to listen to our point of view about how the class should be structured. I'm definitely excited to see what this last half of the semester holds.
I'm also pretty new to this "blogging" thing, so hopefully I don't play around with it too much and mess something up! But what the heck, carpe diem right?
(blog inspiration!)
I'm usually the quiet one too! I'm pretty content with just sitting back and listening/watching others discuss things. I guess that's gonna change for this seminar!
